Originally a black and white shot of a social event I saw in a local mag. Because these party gals had been reduced to holding paper plates and the one, a plastic glass, I decided they needed an upgrade and put my turquoise buffet plates in their hands, filling them with the dinner I’d had the night before, and providing the woman on the right with one of my own wine glasses, and a pair of my earrings from the 60’s. Their mood increased to such an extent that the shrimp and pasta flew from their plates into the air around them, making a huge mess, but I said it then and i’ll say it again, “You can’t take it with you!”
